The effectiveness of lightning spells versus earthquake spells depends on the specific situation and the target. Lightning spells are more effective against clustered or spread out buildings and can target specific structures, while earthquake spells are more effective against tightly grouped buildings and can deal damage to multiple structures at once. Therefore, the effectiveness of each spell depends on the layout and composition of the target base. **
